Alpha
 The Alpha Course is a ten-week course designed for seekers and newcomers. In this course, we examine questions of the meaning of life in the context of a meal, some humor, a short teaching and a chance for free response and discussion to the topic being considered within a small group setting. Some of the subjects examined are: Does God guide us today How to resist evil What can I do with the rest of my life How and why should I pray Who is Jesus and why did he die Does God heal today
The Alpha Course at St. Thomas' Church is offered twice a year, once beginning in the fall and again, beginning in January. A nursery is offered for those who need it. The evening begins at 6:30pm with dinner. There is no cost but freewill contributions for dinner are welcome.
